About Me
After a rocky yet transformative entrance into motherhood, I became a coach to support & empower other moms in overcoming the challenges brought on by new motherhood and rediscovering themselves in the process.
I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from my personal lived experience, my coaching & breathwork certifications, and my research into motherhood & personal development to help new moms use their transition to motherhood to transform into who they’ve always wanted to be.
WHAT I DO
I help new moms use motherhood as a catalyst for growth & empowerment so they can become the mom, partner & person they’ve always wanted to be.
Prioritize your needs & self-care
Manage your mindset & emotions
Rediscover your identity
Improve your relationships
Explore your goals, passion, purpose & career
Why I Do It
I am passionate about helping new moms because I know first-hand just how earth-shattering & overwhelming the experience of becoming a mom can be. I know the loss of identity and loneliness that come with the new role. And I know what it’s like to feel ashamed for not loving every second of motherhood.
I do this work so that new moms feel supported, empowered and less alone during this bewildering phase of life. The transition to motherhood truly is a catalyst for personal transformation. With a little help from yours truly, your motherhood journey can go from being a guilt-ridden, soul-sucking experience to being an opportunity to finally become who you’ve always wanted to be.

What Makes Me Different
What you’ll get from me that you won’t get from most other mom coaches is the real, raw & honest truth about motherhood.

For too long, motherhood has been talked about as this bliss-filled right of passage that will leave you feeling “complete.” It's framed as the most fulfilling experience a woman will ever go through and that after you become a mom, that should be enough.

Then once you become a mom, you’re expected to sacrifice everything for your family. To be a “good mom,” you must give up everything for your kids and prioritizing yourself is seen as selfish. You have to do and be everything for everyone, no matter the toll it takes on you.

Well, I’m calling BS on all of it.

I believe that as a mom, you don’t have to sacrifice who you are for the sake of your family.

I believe that when you fill your cup first, you can show up as a better mom, a better partner and a better human.

My coaching is based on this philosophy. It is mother-centered and focuses on prioritizing YOU: your needs, your feelings, and your dreams so that you can become the best version of yourself.
I believe that the greatest gift you can give your family is to step into your full power & potential. When you do this, you are setting an example for your kids that you deserve to have it all, and so do they.
After the birth of my son 5 years ago, I had a complete identity crisis.

At the time, I thought I was having a mental breakdown. Despite having read all the books on how to take care of a baby, I had no idea how to take care of myself as I navigated the internal rollercoaster ride brought on by my new role.

I obviously knew that new motherhood would be difficult and exhausting, but I had no idea…

…That it would trigger an existential crisis, making me question who I was, who I wanted to be and what I was here for.
…That it would bring up unresolved wounds from my past, making me over-reactive, angry, anxious, and always on the cusp of a meltdown.
…That sleep deprivation would make me feel psychotic and affect my ability to function as a human.
…That I would I grieve – yes, grieve – my old life.
…That it would rock my relationships.
…That it wouldn’t be the ultimate fulfilling experience that I had expected, and that I would feel ashamed by this.
I was surprised to learn that many of these experiences were actually very common in new motherhood, even though no one was talking about it.

I spent the next 2 years healing, learning and finding myself. Then, everything changed.

I learned how to regulate my emotions, prioritize self-care and bring in more joy. I shifted my mindset and let go of what was out of my control. I found my passion and started taking bold actions to craft the life I wanted.

I became the person – and mom – I always wanted to be. And I made it my mission to help others do the same.
